Testing System

We established a system for testing our manufacturing processes. For every different type of net exists such a testing system which verifies every single critical point of the manufacturing process:

• dtex of the yarn every 100 kg
• the size of the meshes leaving the loom for every length of net (change of
  bobbin) according to 7.2 of UNE-EN 1263-1
• breaking force of the meshes and the perimeter cord, every 1000 kg and
  4000 kg
• the bobbin knots. 8 knots per 50 square meters or 2 knots per 1 square
  meter, this data may alternate for different net sizes and surfaces
• thermo fixation of the knots and other treatments
• mesh size after thermo fixation

Please notice that the whole process, from receiving the fibres, over manufacturing the ropes and producing the length of net as far as to its making and packing up, never takes longer than a six months period.

The making process doesn´t stop until each of the products are tested in our laboratory. Tenacity, rigidity, elasticity and resistance of the materials are tested by
simulation systems.
